Sasquatch values customers and all orders are carefully packed by furry hands and sent via 48 hour delivery service. If you think there has been a delay, please get in touch.

If you order is damaged when you receive it, we will be happy to send out a replacement or refund. 

Returns

If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can return for a refund or an exchange. Returned items do need to be in the same condition as when received.
